On behalf of the Town of Waterloo, the Alabama-Tennessee Trail of Tears Commemorative Motorcycle Ride, the Nine Recognized Indian tribes in Alabama and the Alabama Indian Affairs Commission, please join the celebration.īecause this is a FREE event to the public the Town is asking for a $5 donation for all 4-wheel vehicle parking at the South boat ramp area - NOT of motorcycles, but if they want to, that's ok too! Waterloo Landing was named as an official Trail of Tears National Historic Trail by the National Park Service.
